Green Fingers Property Care exists because Gold Coast homeowners kept running into the same problem: they needed a fence and a garden, but had to hire two separate contractors to get it done.

Two quotes. Two schedules. Two teams who do not talk to each other. And too often, the result shows it — a fence that does not quite match the landscaping, garden beds that get damaged during fence installation, or weeks of delays while one contractor waits for the other to finish.

Owner Bryce Roadley saw an opportunity to do things properly. By offering both professional landscaping and quality pine fencing under one roof, Green Fingers gives you a single point of contact for your entire outdoor project.

Bryce's Background in Wholesale Horticulture

Before starting Green Fingers Property Care, Bryce spent years working in wholesale horticulture — growing, propagating, and supplying plants at commercial scale. That is not the same as picking plants off a shelf at Bunnings. It means understanding how plants grow from propagation through to maturity, which species thrive in which conditions, and what will actually survive long-term in the Gold Coast's subtropical climate.

This hands-on experience with plant propagation, soil science, and growing environments is what sets Green Fingers apart from other landscapers on the Gold Coast. When Bryce selects plants for your garden, he is drawing on years of professional horticultural knowledge — not guesswork.

That expertise shows up in every project. We know which screening plants will actually fill out in your specific conditions. We know which turf variety handles the shade under your eaves. We know which soil amendments your garden beds need before a single plant goes in the ground.

Why We Do What We Do

The Gold Coast is an outdoor place. People move here for the lifestyle — the weather, the space, the chance to actually enjoy their backyard. But too many properties have yards that do not match the lifestyle their owners want.

Overgrown gardens. Fences that are rotting, leaning, or missing palings. Bare dirt where there should be turf. Retaining walls that are failing. Properties that look neglected from the street.

We fix that.

Our work is practical. We are not designing luxury resorts or building show homes. We are helping everyday Gold Coast families get their outdoor spaces into shape — spaces that look good, function well, and hold up in the Queensland climate.

What You Can Expect From Us

We Show Up When We Say We Will

It sounds like a low bar, but anyone who has dealt with no-show tradies knows how rare this is. We confirm appointments, arrive on time, and communicate if anything changes.

We Give You a Straight Answer

If your idea will not work for your site, soil, or budget, we will tell you — and suggest what will. We would rather lose a sale than deliver something we are not proud of.

We Keep Your Property Clean

At the end of each day, we pack up. We do not leave your yard looking like a construction site over the weekend.

We Stand Behind Our Work

If something is not right, we come back and fix it. Your satisfaction is not a marketing line — it is how we build a business that lasts.

Local Knowledge Matters

The Gold Coast is not the same as Sydney, Melbourne, or even Brisbane when it comes to outdoor work. Our subtropical climate brings specific challenges:

  • Soil conditions vary dramatically across the Gold Coast. Sandy coastal soil in Palm Beach drains completely differently to the heavy clay in Mudgeeraba.
  • Salt spray affects materials and plant selection for properties near the coast.
  • Humidity and rainfall mean timber needs to be properly treated and drainage needs to be planned, not an afterthought.
  • Subtropical plant selection matters. We choose plants that thrive in Gold Coast conditions year-round, not species that look great in the nursery but struggle through summer.

This local knowledge is built into every landscaping project and fence installation we deliver.

Our Service Area

We work across the Gold Coast, from Coomera and Pimpama in the north through to Currumbin and the southern suburbs. Our core service areas include Robina, Mudgeeraba, Nerang, Burleigh Heads, Varsity Lakes, Helensvale, and surrounding neighbourhoods.

If you are on the Gold Coast or in the nearby hinterland, we can most likely help. Get in touch for a free quote and we will confirm availability for your area.
